‘Sahl ibn Sa’d reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Myself and the caretaker of an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” and he held his two fingers together.

ISAR Orphanage is supporting orphans in Afghanistan since 2015. At ISAR, we are dedicated to providing a loving and supportive environment for orphaned girls and boys in Afghanistan. Currently, we operate well-organized orphanages in Kabul and Jalalabad, striving to create spaces where children not only find shelter but also experience genuine care and opportunities for growth.

Food Security

  • ISAR distributes food packages in times of emergency and runs longer-term projects to help tackle the root causes of hunger. We work to create sustainable solutions for long-lasting change in communities.

  • Lack of regular meals has a knock-on effect on other aspects of life, impacting health and energy levels. Many are unable to work, while children struggle to concentrate in school, pushing families further into poverty.
  • ISAR works with communities across the country, providing essential food support to help ensure that no child or adult is left hungry.
  • During times of crisis, we distribute emergency food packages which are a lifeline for vulnerable families.
  • We also run longer-term projects to help tackle the root cause of poverty and work to create sustainable solutions for long-lasting change among communities.
  • ISAR staff also help to deliver vocational training to vulnerable members of the community in order to help create new livelihoods. We also provide farmers with the seeds, livestock and equipment needed to earn a living, and create irrigation schemes to help increase food production.

Emergency Relief

ISAR delivers life-saving aid to communities around the country when disaster strikes. We are often one of the first humanitarian organizations on the country and we work quickly to assess the most urgent needs of affected communities.

Often the first to respond when disaster strikes, ISAR provides lifesaving aid to vulnerable families whose lives are torn apart by conflict and natural disasters.

Responding swiftly to emergencies

we distribute much needed aid such as medicine, food and water as well as clothing, shelter and personal hygiene items. Families pushed to the brink by poverty receive social assistance and support with access to food and safe shelter.

Amid the global Covid-19 pandemic

we rapidly adapted our operations and continued to assist families suffering amid conflict and natural disasters and helped protect thousands of peoples in country from the devastating consequences of coronavirus.

Relief Ambulance Services

The dynamic, dedicated fleet of ISAR Volunteer/ Free Ambulances-on life saving missions, on alert 24/7

  • The beacon of the enormous humanitarian services of ISAR’s Welfare ORG a running humanitarian services by Islamic Support Aid and Relief Org , with the largest fleet of highly dedicated fleet of ambulances, manned by paramedics and equipped with first aid box and oxygen cylinder, spread over ISAR’S AMBULANCE EMERGENCY CENTRES located at prominent places, at various roundabouts and near Government Hospitals across Mega City of Kabul and other regions of AFG, on alert––around the clock all year around––for Rapid Rescue and Relief, providing immediate help and assistance to the needy, the seriously injured victims of road accidents, train collisions, disasters and calamities, shifting the sick, people suffering and emergency patients, rushing them to hospitals and medical facilities, while the responding time is within 05 minutes, which further initiates the rescue operation without any delay. ISAR’s Ambulances are always on the alert and ready to face any untoward emergency situation.
  • For over 40 years, Afghanistan has been devastated by instability and conflict that has killed over one million people, left hundreds of thousands wounded and disabled, and created over four million refugees. The legacy of previous wars continue to remain: anti-personnel mines and unexploded ordinance continue to wound children and adults, overwhelmingly civilians.
  • Today, Afghanistan is under an unprecedented economic crisis that is starving more than 23 million people, a consequence of the decades of conflict that have undermined the country’s future, the extraordinary drought, the devaluation of the local currency, inflation with grain and fuel prices rising, and the closure of banking circuits and the resulting financial crisis. So our people need more supports and especially the widows, orphans and war effected people.
  • In frequent road accidents, sudden disasters, pandemics, heat stroke, bomb blasts, firing, stampede, heavy rains, train collisions, building and bridge collapse, unexpected incidents and emergencies, ISAR’s Ambulances, hurriedly rush and always reach the incident spots FIRST, to the rescue of people who are suffering and for providing them immediate help. Normally, ISAR’s Ambulances––24 hours/7 days a week––remain engaged on roads in lifting and shifting the seriously injured victims of road accidents, the needy, the sick, burnt out and severed body parts, emergency patients, partially decomposed and unidentified abandoned, decomposed and mutilated bodies, lying in drains and sewers, dead bodies––to hospitals & medical centers in attempts to save the valuable human lives, all taken care off by ISAR’s Volunteers. The Rescue Team of ISAR’s Ambulance daily saves numerous precious human lives.
